Our role
As the coordinating organization of the Crossroads project, Smart Education Hub plays a central role in both the strategic leadership and day-to-day delivery of the initiative. Leading Activity 1, we are responsible for overseeing all administrative, financial, and operational processes, ensuring milestones are met and resources are allocated effectively. This includes managing the Erasmus+ grant distribution, compiling fiscal reports, and maintaining transparency across partners. In collaboration with SBC, SEH also implements monitoring and evaluation frameworks, using KPIs and risk management tools to keep the project on track and responsive to challenges.
Beyond coordination, SEH leads Activity 4, designing and producing a comprehensive guide to support adults in career change, complete with practical tools and translated editions. We also lead Activity 7, developing and executing the communication strategy, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring that project outputs achieve lasting visibility and uptake across partner countries.
