Kick-off Meeting of the Erasmus+ CrossRoads Project!
On October 20th, we officially launched the CrossRoads Project, an Erasmus+ KA210 initiative coordinated by Smart Education Hub, in collaboration with INNOVIERA and The Serendipitous Black Cloud.
The virtual kick-off meeting marked the start of our journey to empower adults aged 45+ who are navigating career transitions. Together, we discussed the project’s vision, objectives, and roadmap — focusing on how career guidance, digital upskilling, and psychotherapeutic support can build confidence, resilience, and employability.
Over the next year, the partnership will:
– Develop two practical guides – Systemic Pathways to Career Renewal and Empowering Career Transitions: A Skills Guide for Adults 45+
– Conduct local workshops in Germany, Greece, and Cyprus
– Foster collaboration between educators, counselors, and professionals supporting adults in career change
We are excited to embark on this journey of learning, inclusion, and empowerment — helping adults redefine their professional paths with confidence and purpose.
